I needed help to build my self confidence after years of coping on my own. I struggled with anxiety and feelings of low self esteem. I was isolated but socialising would cause me a lot of stress.
I completed a coaching course with Jas in July 22. She understood the asian/british cultural dynamics and background and made what I thought would be a really difficult task, very easy to understand.
Sometimes I am still a bit shocked by how different things are.
I still use the tool kit Jas has shown me how to use and my confidence has definitely grown. I am trying a lot different things now. I attend dance classes which I enjoy more than I thought I would. I am doing things I would never have even considered before.

After working with Jas, I was able to reduce my anxiety over a period of weeks. Not months! I could then clearly think about a future vision for myself and define priorities to achieve a better work-life balance. It significantly impacted other areas of my life.
Thanks to Jass’ supportive coaching style, I was able to gain confidence and make a major career move that was long overdue. I’m not sure I would have made the transition without Jass’ knowledge, encouragement and support.
