The routines are easy to follow and the instructor is not strict which helps if you've got no coordination like me!
Dancing has put me back in touch with my inner fire.

I have worked at St Werburgh's Community Centre since 2016 and in this time I believe that the Dance Fitness class run by Jas is easily the most diverse, upbeat and well run class available. She clearly brings a great level of energy and enthusiasm to her classes - and the look of enjoyment on the attendees is infectious... When does the boys' class start?!
Been going to the dance fitness class for a year on and off and it's still my fave workout out there! Jungle fitness is even more effective and the tunes keep you going. Long live Tiger Stripes!
Awesome fun class great cardio workout with toning included! Challenging routines helps to increase my fitness levels and definitely boosted my endorphin levels.

Wednesday’s Jungle class was the most fun I’ve had exercising, feeling positive and fit! Intense work out but Jas and her music bring the energy!!
Jas dance classes always uplift me !
Also if iv ever had any muscles complaints Jas has always offered me stretch to help ease symptoms which have worked really well.
